Welcome to Western Baptist Hospital’s Online Patient Registration. It is our sincere wish to make registering as efficient and convenient as possible. In an effort to decrease your wait time and further expedite the registration process, we are pleased to provide this new service to our patients.


After completing the series of questions that follow, you will have completed “Express Check-In” at Western Baptist. Upon presenting at the hospital, we will need only your insurance cards, any copay or deposit amount that is required by your insurance company, and your signature to complete the process.

 

Please remember that online registrations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled procedure.
