cardiac rehabilitation program at our sister hospital, Baptist East, in Louisville, the cook book showcases nearly 200 heart-healthy recipes, plus nutritional information and tips on putting variety into meals.Chapters include 10-minute meals, main dish meals, lean and hearty meats, salads, pasta, soup, grains, grilling and desserts. The number of servings, calories and fat grams for each recipe are also listed.
