Western Baptist Hospital's CPR Training Center offers Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) courses and renewal for health care providers. Classes are held in the WBH Training Annex.

PALS Courses

PALS classes are held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nurses and physicians who complete the course receive continuing education units. Course fee is $200 prepaid. Class size is limited.

Course schedule:

Course free to WBH employees - $35 to purchase book

PALS Provider Course

$200 non-employees; 12.0 nursing contact hours

March 6 & 13, 2008                           8 am – 5 pm

September 18 & 25, 2008                   8 am – 5 pm

 

PALS renewal classes are held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Course fee is $100 prepaid and class size is limited.

$100 non-employees; 7.0 nursing contact hours

February 26, 2008                               8 am – 4pm

April 1, 2008                                       8 am - 4 pm

September 16, 2008                             8 am – 4 pm

October 9, 2008                                  8 am - 4 pm
