Western Baptist Hospital's CPR Training Center offers Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) classes and renewal to health care providers. Classes are held in the WBH Training Annex on Blandville Road.

ACLS Courses

ACLS classes are held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nurses and physicians who complete the course receive continuing education units. Course fee is $200 prepaid. Class size is limited.

ACLS Provider-Initial Course

$200 non-employees; 12.0 nursing contact hours

January 23 & 30, 2008                         8 am – 5 pm

May 8 & 15, 2008                               8 am – 5 pm

August 14 & 21, 2008                          8 am – 5 pm

November 13 & 20, 2008                      8 am – 5 pm

 

 

ACLS renewal classes are held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.Course fee is $100 prepaid and class size is limited. Continuing Education credits are available.

ACLS-EP Courses are held from 8 am - 5 pm.  Course fee is $100 prepaid and class size is limited.  8.0 CEUs are available.

 

ACLS for the Experienced Provider

May be taken instead of ACLS Renewal.  Must have renewed ACLS at least once prior to taking EP course.

$25 book; $150 non-employees; 8.0 nursing contact hours
