Western Baptist Hospital offers an HIV self-study program for physicians, podiatrists, chiropractors, dentists and dental hygienists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, advance R.N. practitioners,  pharmacists, optometrists, physical therapists and medical laboratory professionals.

Developed by the hospital, the video program is approved by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health Services for two hours of continuing education on HIV and AIDS as mandated by Kentucky House Bill 425. The program is current through September 2005. The program is free to all employees of Baptist Healthcare System and $15 for non-employees.
