4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (2 chicken breasts)
To taste Salt and pepper
1 (15 oz) can Whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 cup Chopped apples
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Walnuts
1 Tbsp Curry powder
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts to taste with salt and pepper.
- Bake chicken for 30 minutes at 350°F.
- Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour mixture over chicken.
- Return chicken to oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve with couscous or noodles and a salad.
