Recipe: Cranberry Chicken
 

undefined4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (2 chicken breasts)
To taste Salt and pepper
1 (15 oz) can Whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 cup Chopped apples
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Walnuts
1 Tbsp Curry powder

  1. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake chicken for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour mixture over chicken.
  5. Return chicken to oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with couscous or noodles and a salad.
