Western Baptist now offers free, wireless Internet to patients and visitors.

“We have received very positive feedback from visitors who want to use their laptops for e-mail and other Internet capabilities,” said Mike Cromika, director of Information Services.

To use wireless access, patients and visitors need to provide their own computers, as well as the wireless network cards or software to enable their personally owned equipment.

Instructions are available at the visitors’ desks of the Main Entrance and the atrium of Doctors Office Building 2, as well as the nursing stations on each floor.

You Can Pay Online
To pay your hospital bill online, go to the hospital’s homepage at westernbaptist.com. Select “Online Bill Pay” from the “Online Tools” box. Payment is offered on a secure site, and a customer service representative is available if you have questions about your bill. Or you may phone (270) 575-2838.

Internet access is available at consumer kiosks in the first-floor lobbies and on computers in the hospital library in the basement.
