“Sea”-ing a Way to Beat Dry Eye

No more dry eyes!Eating a lot of tuna may not only whet your appetite for seafood—it may help wet your eyes, too. Tuna is loaded with healthy fatty acids, which may help protect against dry eye, at least in women. A study of more than 39,000 women found that those who ate five or six 4-ounce servings of tuna each week had a 68% lower risk of dry eye. This was compared with women who got only about one weekly tuna serving.
