
1 large, ripe mango
1 C 100% grapefruit juice
1/8 t grated nutmeg
1 large banana
½ C nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1½ C ice
2 t sugar
1. Peel the mango
over a bowl to catch the juices.
2. Use a paring knife to slice the flesh away from the stone.
3. Add mango pieces and juice to blender.
4. Peel banana and cut into large chunks. Add to blender.
5. Add remaining ingredients to blender.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Serve immediately.
