Skip the Meat...And You May Be Slimmer!
 

Women who eat fewer animal products may be less likely to be overweight than more frequent meat eaters. That’s the conclusion of a large Swedish study. The key, said the study’s authors, might be fiber, which is plentiful in foods such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. For those who do eat animal products, the best choices may be fish, lean cuts of chicken, and low-fat dairy foods.
