
On an upcoming Western Baptist “HealthBreak,” family practice physician Jennifer Nelson, D.O., will discuss the importance of medication tracking and the Universal Medication Form.
“Keeping track of one’s medications increases patient safety by improving communication, reducing confusion and saving time,” said Nelson. “It is important that health care providers have a complete list so they can review for any possible concerns with mixing certain medications.”
