Low-Fat Dairy Foods Lower Men’s Gout Risk
 
Milk is good food.Low-fat dairy products may help men protect themselves against gout. In one study, men who consumed the most low-fat dairy foods faced the lowest risk. For example, those who drank two or more 8-ounce glasses of skim milk a day had a 54% lower risk than men who drank less than one glass per month.
