Exercising Caution with Epilepsy

Exercise right.Epilepsy doesn’t have to mean no exercise. For many patients, regular aerobic activity means better health—and fewer seizures. Simple precautions can make most activities safe. For example, always wear proper equipment, such as helmets and pads, for biking, inline skating, or contact sports. And always swim with a friend who is strong enough to help in an emergency.
