catchForgoing fried fish might protect you from stroke. Eating fried fish was linked to a higher risk for ischemic stroke—the most common type of stroke—in people age 65 and older. But those who ate tuna or other broiled or baked fish at least once a week cut the risk by 27%, compared with people who ate these kinds of fish less than once a month.
