UPCOMING EVENTS 55Plus Brunch: Leading a heart-healthy lifestyle Western Baptist will host its quarterly 55Plus Brunch Bunch on Tuesday, FEb. 13, from 10 a.m. to noon at Immanuel Baptist Church in Paducah. Speakers and topics include: Mikal Bailey, P.A. (spirituality and healing); Barry Eadens, WBH pharmacist (prescription medication questions); Scott Greene, Baptist Family Fitness exercise specialist (heart-healthy exercise habits); and Pam Ward, WBH dietitian (nutrition and recipes for a healthy heart). Free box lunches and the following free screenings will be offered: EKG rhythm strip testing, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. Fasting is not required.
