Join us for the next 55Plus Brunch Bunch at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, at Immanuel Baptist
Church in Paducah. Cardiologist Patrick Withrow, M.D., will discuss spirituality
and healing your heart; Pharmacist Barry Eadens will answer prescription medication
questions; Exercise specialist Scott Greene will teach heart-healthy exercise habits;
and Dietitian Pam Ward will discuss nutrition and recipes for a healthy heart. The
following free screenings will be offered: EKG rhythm strip testing, blood pressure,

Care givers also can be overwhelmed by their new roles. To help them adjust,
Western Baptist provides a free, four-session seminar, "Understanding Heart Failure."
