New parents, expectant parents or those thinking about becoming parents can get useful information and giveaways at Western Baptist Hospital’s annual Childbirth Fair, Sunday, Sept. 7, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Atrium of Doctors Office Building 2.

Obstetricians and pediatricians will be available to answer questions, while the hospital’s team of experts will provide information about pregnancy classes and give a tour of the Birthing Center and spacious post-partum suites. No advance registration is necessary.

Also, expectant parents can register free for the hospital’s maternity program, StorkCentral, which includes:

• A free copy of What To Expect When You’re Expecting.
• An invitation to StorkSmart, an educational program with Maternal-Child Services staff.
• A StorkCentral coupon book filled with discounts from participating merchants.
• An invitation to the hospital’s maternal-child and women’s health education classes.
• Access to StorkCentral’s Baby Steps, an online pregnancy information center; the Stork’s Nest, the hospital’s online photo nursery; and StorkLine, a 24-hour hotline where you can speak to a registered nurse to get answers to all of your health-related questions.
