WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
The Personal Training Program at Baptist Family Fitness allows you to work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer. Whether your goal is losing weight, getting more from your game, or simply having a better quality of life, a training program will be tailored to meet your
fitness needs.
CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS CREATE RESULTS
Working with a trainer is one of the fastest and most effective ways to achieve your fitness goals. The Personal Training Program has a selection of workout programs, all of which can be customized to meet your
specific needs, and our qualified fitness team will be there to guide and encourage you every step of the way. Working with a personal trainer has a number of other benefits, including:

• Emphasizing proper form
• Reducing risk of injury
• Saving you time
EXPRESS TRAINING
If you are short on time or are just starting an exercise program, a 30-minute session will target those areas that need an added boost.
PARTNER TRAINING
Start your program with a friend and share the costs of having your own trainer. The trainer will lead you both through a challenging, fast-moving exercise regimen to strengthen your body, burn calories and get results. We train couples, friends, mothers-and-daughters and co-workers. Partner up and get moving!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Three to four people can work with a trainer on a challenging, full-body weight training regimen to get your heart racing and your blood pumping, while keeping your motivation levels high.
