Western Baptist Hospital is proud to offer a series if classes for patients and/or their caregivers which will teach them changes they need to make in order to keep their heart failure under control.

There is a series of four classes, once a week for four weeks. You may attend one or all of them. There is not a charge for our classes but we do ask you to register so we can be prepared with materials. Please click here to register.

A physician will speak about what is heart failure, the causes and treatments available. A pharmacist will explain what your medications are for and why you must take them a certain way. The dietician will help clear the confusion about your diet - not just what you cannot eat but what you can eat. Then a nurse will help put it all together.
