Western Baptist Hospital's Girl Talk Class teaches preadolescent girls about the menstrual cycle and puberty.
Many girls are reaching puberty at younger ages -- before these topics are covered in school health classes. Girl Talk provides an opportunity for girls to learn about their changing bodies and help them feel more self-confident and assured about becoming women.
The class is held in the Atrium Classroom of Doctor's Office Building 2.

Beginning in 2008, the class will be held on Monday, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
