• 55 Plus® Brunch Bunch Seminars, offered monthly on topics of interest to people 55 and older.
• Maternal Child Classes and Programs to prepare the entire family for the new baby's arrival.
• Girl Talk, a special class for preadolescent girls.
• Threads of Life Breast Cancer Awareness, an annual program to raise awareness about breast cancer in the community.
• Diabetes Classes (Life With Diabetes) and Instruction.
• Breast Health classes, hosted at WBH or at your facility.
• Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Class, offered three days at week at Baptist Family Fitness Center -- Paducah.
• Baby Brunch: Infant Massage Class, designed to help new parents learn the basics of infant massage.
• Cooper Clayton Method to Stop Smoking, an effective way to stop smoking.
• Understanding Heart Failure, a series of classes designed to assist you in improving your quality of life.
