Free two-hour class teaches parents of children ages newborn through 2 years old the basics of infant massage techniques.

Free class designed to help expectant mothers become familiar with relaxation techniques. Participants are asked to bring a blanket, pillow and support person.

Understanding Heart Failure

Free class designed to help expectant parents in their second or third trimester learn about the labor and delivery process.

Pediatric Family and Friends CPR course
5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 14, Western Baptist Hospital

Prostate Cancer Breakfast Seminar for Men
7 to 8 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 16, Baptist Heart Center auditorium, Western Baptist Hospital.
Urologist Donald Spicer, M.D., will speak on prostate health and treatment, including da Vinci robotic surgery. The first 40 registrants who meet specified criteria may sign up for a free prostate screening immediately following the luncheon. The criteria are men not currently under the care of an urologist, never before screened for prostate cancer and between the ages of 40-70.
