General surgeon Demetrius Patton joins Baptist staff



General surgeon Demetrius L. Patton, M.D., has recently joined the medical staff at Baptist Health Paducah.

Dr. Patton is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in general surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New Hyde Park, N.Y., where he served as chief resident. He previously practiced in Greencastle and Bloomington, Ind.

Dr. Patton joins general surgeon David West, M.D. He is accepting new patients for general surgery, including advanced laparoscopy, surgical oncology and critical care at West Kentucky Surgical Associates, Doctors Office Building 1, Suite 102, Baptist Health Paducah, 2601 Kentucky Ave., Paducah, Ky., 42003.
