Baptist Health Paducah welcomes four new physicians



Hospitalists Alice Hall, MD, and Karl Hammonds, MD, rheumatologist Cara Hammonds, MD, and emergency medicine physician Nanette McCullough, MD, have recently joined the medical staff at Baptist Health Paducah. They join a medical staff of approximately 265 physicians, representing 43 medical specialties.

Drs. Hall and Hammonds join the Baptist team of hospitalists, providing care to patients in the hospital. Dr. Hall is a graduate of Morehead State University and the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Southern Illinois University and has practiced in Owensboro and Louisville.

Dr. Karl Hammonds is a graduate of Marshall University and the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati and worked as a hospitalist at Saint Thomas in Nashville.

Dr. Cara Hammonds joins Christopher Phillips, MD, at Paducah Rheumatology, 225 Medical Center Drive, Suite 206, Paducah, Ky. 42003. She is a graduate of Murray State University and the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati and a rheumatology fellowship at Vanderbilt University.

Baptist welcomes Dr. McCullough back to the Emergency department. Educated at the University of Maryland and trained at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, she has more than two decades of experience.
