Baptist Health Paducah’s ‘miracles’ campaign recognized nationally
Baptist Health Paducah’s “Miracles every day” ad campaign has been recognized in the top 5 percent in the country.
It received a gold award for scoring above the 95th percentile in The 2012 Aster Awards, featuring nearly 3,000 entries from the U.S., Canada and South America. Entries from calendar year 2011 competed against similar-sized organizations in their category.
Baptist Health Paducah launched the TV/video series in November, featuring hospital staff and a number of patients able to return to their daily activities after treatment for heart attack, stroke, cancer and premature birth. Each story ends with the message: “Sometimes it’s hard to believe in miracles until you see them happening every day.”
The commercials can be viewed at baptistmiracles.tv.
All contest winners are posted on the Aster Awards Web site (www.AsterAwards.com), as well as published in Marketing Healthcare Today, a national healthcare marketing magazine. The competition is hosted by the magazine and Creative Images, Inc.
