Baptist Health Paducah makes it easy to enjoy delicious, healthy meals at home by offering a variety of heart healthy recipes.

These recipes are part of our comprehensive services for people with heart disease. If you are interested in more recipes, consider purchasing the Heart Rock Café Cookbook. Written by two dietitians in the cardiac rehabilitation program at our sister hospital, Baptist Health Louisville, the cook book showcases nearly 200 heart-healthy recipes, plus nutritional information and tips on putting variety into meals. Chapters include 10-minute meals, main dish meals, lean and hearty meats, salads, pasta, soup, grains, grilling and desserts. The number of servings, calories and fat grams for each recipe are also listed.
