Girl Talk

Baptist Health Paducah's Girl Talk Class teaches preadolescent girls about the menstrual cycle and puberty.

Many girls are reaching puberty at younger ages -- before these topics are covered in school health classes. Girl Talk provides an opportunity for girls to learn about their changing bodies and help them feel more self-confident and assured about becoming women.

There is no fee for this class.

Class dates for 2013
