Employee Incentive Program



Stars Program

The Stars Program at Baptist Health Paducah was devised in order to recognize and reward employees who exceed customer service standards while on the job. 

Employees will be recognized for exceeding one or more of the twelve standards and rewarded with a star token. Once five star tokens have been accumulated, they may be turned into the Marketing Department in exchange for Kentucky Oaks Mall gift certificates, which may be used at the mall and surrounding businesses. Upon cashing in stars, a photo will be taken for publication in an upcoming issue of the employee newsletter, The Communicator.   Employees who cash in five Stars are then noted as "Star" employees. These employees, along with Heroes for the year, will be invited to the annual Breakfast of Champions. 

 

HERO Program

The HERO program at Baptist Health Paducah recognizes and rewards employees who perform exceptional acts of behavior in the community. Employees must be nominated and turned in to the Recognition and Rewards Team, who will then notify the employee and inform them of their HERO status. Each HERO will be rewarded with an engraved photo frame and professional print of him or herself. The photo will also be on display in the hospital. Their stories will be featured in an issue of the employee newsletter, The Communicator.   Employees who are recognized as Heroes will be invited to the annual Breakfast of Champions.
