Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Program
Baptist Health Paducah offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide confidential help to employees dealing with personal problems such as:
- Family conflicts;
- Marital conflicts;
- Relationship issues;
- Anger management;
- Depression;
- School;
- Divorce;
- Moving;
- Anxiety;
- Grief & loss; and
- Chemical abuse and dependency.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a counseling service for any employee or dependent of any employee. When you experience a problem that's affecting yourself or your family, just contact the EAP. The counselor will help you and your dependent head in the right direction toward solving that problem.
Baptist Health Paducah's EAP counselors respect your privacy - as well as your desire to seek help. Voluntary contacts with the EAP are confidential. No information goes beyond the counselor without your consent. If you are self-referred, no one will know you have used the service. Baptist Health Paducah never receives the names of individuals who have used EAP services.
It's not easy to admit you have a problem - but it always better to do something about it by talking to a professional- than to ignore the problem and hope it will go away. That's why Baptist Health Paducah offers an EAP. We believe it can make a positive difference in your life.
